Victory Media employees fall into four operational categories:
Sales: Our sales reps consult with corporate America on how to market to our readership through advertising and sponsorship packages.
Circulation: Markets and distributes our media products to print readers and web users through physical and virtual distribution channels.
Production: Ensures that our media products are widely consumed by end users through continuous market research and monthly production of cutting-edge content and media products. Includes our editorial department.
Administrative: Includes finance, accounting, human resources and office operations.
